Global Vtech a leading contractor specialising in MMC is partnering with OSCO Homes to build 3 x 3 bedroom, 121 sqm Townhouses, in Southborough, Tunbridge Wells.
The project commenced earlier this year, with OSCO Homes expected to begin delivering panels to site from August.
Giulio D’Andrea (Managing Director) commented. “As a company, we are keen to specialise in building homes using modern methods of construction and decided to work with OSCO because we like the panelised LGS system, with the flexibility to undertake the first and second fix onsite, meaning we can build homes in tight access sites, such as this one. With the increase in building cost and lack of skilled labour, especially in the south east of England, having the houses built in a controlled factory environment gives us the security of not relying as much for onsite trades”.

We are looking forward to moving beyond our North West base to demonstrate the benefit in the south east”.
